In the last year, kinship care has quickly risen up the Government's agenda and it has committed to the first ever national Kinship Care Strategy due by the end of 2023. As the new Minister responsible for the Kinship Care Strategy, David Johnston MP needs to know that kinship carers need this strategy to bring in significant improvements in support for their families – they can’t wait any longer for the changes he is responsible for delivering.
